Return Policy
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return the items within a 30-day period for either a replacement or a refund. To qualify, the products must be in unused, new condition, and still in their original packaging.
Please note that custom orders and specific chemicals, such as cal-hypo shock, liquid chlorine, and acid, are exempt from exchanges or returns.
